The Private Area
The house is divided in 2 floors, On the first floor we find a kitchen used as support for when you are doing a barbecue with friends, we find some SMEG home appliances, the laundry room, a spacious living room with fireplace and views to es vedra that can be enjoyed on the different lounges on the terrace. There’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath, one of the bedrooms have a direct access and view to es vedra.

On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with fireplace with Salvador Dali mosaic decoration, fully furnished open kitchen with a pizza oven. The living room has a beautiful dining table that fits six people with the views to the sea and garden. Three doble bedrooms and one single bedroom with two bathrooms.

The villa has air conditioning hot and cold, also equipped with a sonos sound system and alarm.

On the other side of the pool we find a staff apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.
