Charming 4-bedroom villa located in the village of Sant Jordi, where you will find plenty of supermarkets and restaurants, just few minutes away from the airport and most famous beaches, Salinas and Es Cavallet.

This careful decorated villa is separated in two floors, on the ground floor we have two double bed rooms, one with direct access to the pool, sharing a spacious bathroom. The cozy living room with dining area has natural light, AC and a very beautiful fireplace that create the perfect environment to spend grate moments with the family. The fully equipped country kitchen is also located on the ground floor, it has pantry and direct access to the gardens.

On the second floor, we have one en-suite master bedroom, one double bedroom and a large bathroom. Both bedrooms sharing a terrace.
