Dan Patrik Sandin is the co-founder of Houses In The Sun, which was created in 2015. Born in Sweden and in 1982 he moved to Spain, specifically to the Region of Murcia where he has resided since then. In 1992 he bought his first building in La Manga del Mar Menor and started with tourist rentals. As a complement to that business, he opened a restaurant, a cocktail bar and a nightclub. In 2015 he decided to change and experience a new sector, that of real estate, and with all these years of experience in the tourism sector where he had already helped hundreds of clients buy a property, he created Houses In The Sun, which specializes in property management. purchase and sale of real estate, as well as the sale of businesses, hotels, construction projects, etc., helped by a team made up of commercial agents, architects, lawyers, managers and notaries. He himself is responsible for managing sales from the moment a property is reserved until the deed is signed, as well as for subsequent follow-up in order to help buyers.
