This stone house is located in the Valle de Iguña and was originally built by an Indiano to accommodate the villages spiritual rector with dignity. The house is constructed entirely of stone, with ashlar stone corners and an aesthetic that evokes the look of European Alpine chalets. It is uncertain whether the Indiano was inspired by such architecture from any American country, but the resemblance is striking. The roof has collapsed and needs a complete overhaul, as does the interior, which requires total renovation. The house is positioned at the corner of the property and includes an annex used as a garage. The land is enclosed by a stone wall approximately 80 cm high, covering a total area of 700 m. We have renovation project plans available, and while they are not up-to-date, we also have an estimated budget for the required renovation work. The price does not include taxes, notary fees, or registration costs.
