This villa is located in the residential area of the town of Adeje, a quiet area that has many services such as a shopping center, restaurants, cafes, if you have to use a car. It has direct access to the motorway that facilitates journeys to different places on the island.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped American kitchen, a spacious living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a laundry room, as well as a swimming pool for private use, a rest area, and a corner with a barbecue.

From the pool area, you can see the sea views, since the house has a glass fence.
On the upper floor we have 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, television and a separate terrace. It has a small study area in the hall on this floor.
The upstairs bedrooms and lounge are air-conditioned.
