and cafes can be found within walking distance. Via the green car-free Rambla you can walk or cycle to the
Mediterranean Sea and beaches. About 4 kilometers away are the wide sandy beaches and the marina of Torre de la
Horadada. The supermarkets are also a short distance from this house.
The house has a spacious living room with an open kitchen with breakfast bar. From the living room you have a view of
the terrace, your private swimming pool and the adjacent park. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen
