The house is air-conditioned, has heating, a fireplace, TV, wireless Internet, washing machine, and other facilities that will make your villa holiday as relaxing as possible. The house has also has a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen (with hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.) and a living room that is really the heart of the property.

The finca is located in Selva within 2-minutes' drive away. The nearest shopping and restaurants are here. The town of Inca is also just about 3 km away and has excellent shopping. You can taste Mallorcan dishes and wines from the local region in its cellar pubs. The beautiful beaches in the Bay of Alcúdia are just about 25 km away, and there is excellent swimming at the Playa de Muro.
