Parcela con pendiente ascendente 633 mt ,Tiene 20,90 ml de fachada y unos 30-32 ml de fondo., se puede construir una casa a lo ancho( 140 +30 ) . El agua y la Luz , están en la entrada de la parcela y no mover tanto el terreno que es de SAULÓ.
Esto tiene dos ventajas:
1. El sauló se lo llevan y venden para jardinería.
2. No es necesario hacer paredes de contención. El sauló es lo suficientemente duro para aguantar. Se puede ver en carreteras y todo.
Entonces el movimiento de tierra es muy barato. E propietario tiene ya una empresa hablada y es casi gratis hacerlo.
