Old stone house to restore for sale in Costix, which is still original and partly saves authentic stone elements and which can be restored. Locality and places of interest

The tranquil village of Costitx is located in the central part of Majorca, well communicated with the capital through the motorway between Palma and Alcudia. It is one of the islands smallest villages, with only about 1,200 inhabitants (as of 2013). Costitx is situated very close to Inca, where there are shoe and clothes shops as well as large commercial centres. Palma is about 30 km away and can be reached within a 20 minutes drive.
