Main approach to the villa: Elevated position, over looking the golf course, well manicured gardens and garden planting welcome you as you enter the grounds of the villa, the attention to detail and quality of the build and interior design and outdoor furnishings draw you into the internal courtyard through large wooden slatted doors, that offer a glimpse through into the beautiful grounds of the villa.

Main living space: Open plan living area, with high quality furnishings, 2 large comfortable sofas seating 6 and 2 additional lounge chairs sit over an oversized rug with 2 coffee tables with reading books, bespoke art wall, framed with 3 large floral images covering the entire wall brings character to this space. Doors lead out to the pool terrace and views across the golf course, sea and mountains.

Dining room: Open plan dining table sits off the lounge and next to the kitchen, the table is a mix of dark mood and white table top seating for 6 people, simple but elegant design with ceiling light over the table.

Kitchen: Purpose built kitchen with large island, use of dark wood and black granite work top and feature wall tile, very elegant and quality kitchen. Integrated induction hob, Siemens oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, Smeg kettle, toaster and juicer, dish washer, integrated win cooler and separate pantry.

MASTER bedroom 1: The principle bedroom, large suite, oversized Emporer bed, the room has feature wall paper with warm tones, 1 safety deposit box, mix of antique furniture, boucle chairs, tiled floors covered with a large rug, doos leading out to the pool terrace. TV. Dressing area with lots of wardrobes built in.

Bath 1: Large bathroom with free standing spa bath with feature black taps and hoze, separate shower and double sinks, this room is light filled with 2 floor to ceiling windows.

Bedroom 3: Situated in a separate annex, there is a stunning courtyard adjoining this room and the main house, perfect for a couple, this is the 2nd principle with king size bed framed with grey wooden feature, large built in wardrobes and doors leading out to a private terrace with views across the fairway and down to the sea.

Bath 3: Large En-suite bathroom with oversized walk in shower room, with built in double sink unit tiled with space for towels under. WC , bidet.

Gym/Spa/Health suite: Guest of the property have access to the hotel facilities, additional charges apply for services such as Spa treatments, use of the hotel pools and fitness center.

Outdoor space and pools: South facing position, set over three levels, the top terrace with direct access from the main living area of the house enjoys the 13 meter wide infinity pool. 6 sun beds by the pool. The middle level is lined with fig, mango, lemon, lime, pomegranate and banana trees and has large lawn area perfect for morning yoga and a safe soft area for children to run around freely.

The lower level is a larger, social space with outdoor kitchen with integrated fridge and large Gas BBQ, there is another large lawn area with panoramic views perfect for an evening of entertainment and taking in the views when the sun has gone down.
