3 bedroom villa located in the Portet area, 900 m. from the beach and about 2 km from the village.

Quiet place, in cul-de-sac. Swimming pool (heated). Barbecue. Garage. Nice views. Central heating. Air conditioning. 

 

The house has 1 floor and is composed of terrace, glazed porch (2nd. living room), hall, living room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 toilet with shower, 1 bathroom (en-suite) and 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90cm and the main one with bed of 1.50 ). 

Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the 3 bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the living room. Mosquito nets on all windows.  

Pool of 8 x 4 m. with kidney shape, heated. Garage.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

In high season the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with the day of entry and exit Saturday (check-in after 4pm; check-out before 10am).
