Lovely 2 bedroom house with pool, mains water and solar power. We are proud to offer this lovely Spanish villa in the countryside outside of Villena, with 2 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, and an outside WC for guests using the pool etc.

As you enter from the gravel road, you are greeted with a long driveway to the main parking area (car port), and a large gate to the house.  This is fully fenced, so ideal if you have dogs etc, and includes a fenced kennel area, further kennel, solar storage room, main house with outside WC and 7x4m pool with roman steps.  To the rear of the property is a large area, currently laid out as a BMX/Motor cross course, but this could be landscaped back to a garden quite easily, if required.

As you enter the main house, you are greeted with a good size living room with dining area, and an arch to the kitchen.  This has the main family bathroom leading off it.  Back to the lounge, there are two bedrooms leading from this, both currently having twin beds.

Outside the house is a large covered wrap around porch to two sides, giving plenty of shade and space for the outdoors style living.
