This Villa is built over 3 floors. At the main entrance you find a hallway, 1 bathroom, 1 big living room and dining room with fireplace, and a big modern independent kitchen. Next to the kitchen you have a separate laundry area. From the kitchen and living room you have access to a beautiful terrasse with spectacular view. From the hallway you go upstairs to 1 floor, and here you will find 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and the other 4 bedrooms divided to house family and guests. The staircase here takes you further up to the top floor, the solarium, with gives you a wonderful viewpoint from which we can see Altea and Benidorm and the blue Mediterranean in the background.

From the main floor, you use the interior stairs, and the hallway gives you access to the ground floor. Here you will find a big open room, which gives you the possibilities to make a guest room or leave it as it is, a storage room. Here you will also find a beautiful room with fireplace and barbecue, guest bar and a large table to enjoy a summer meal, and a coffee. You can close the room with persiennes for cold evenings. Here you also have a big double garage for your cars. From here you have access to the garden, and the swimming pool, where you also have a fantastic waterfall. Next to the swimming pool you also find a bathroom, almost finished, with a shower and toilet. There is a nice garden around the house full of trees and plants. The house has offcourse aircondition, and sunpanels for heating up the water and for use to the daly life, so you cut you electricity bill to almost nothing.

Supermarkets and shopping areas just 4 minutes away by car, and only 10 min to the beach, so the house is in a quiet area, but close to everything.
