The apartments are located in a privileged area, next to the natural garden with a swimming pool, a quiet forest and beautiful panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.

The main building is divided into several tourist flats:
* Main House: has six bedrooms and three rooms and today the space is used as a reception and administration area.

*Es Mirador apartment: has a large terrace with the best views of the sunrise. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

*Ca L'Amo apatment: has a complete bathroom and two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and terrace.

* Es Sostre apartment: has a large living-dining room with fireplace on the ground floor. Upstairs it has a kitchen, private terrace overlooking the courtyard, a full bathroom and three bedrooms.

*S'Ensofrador apartment: consists of an open plan living-dining-kitchen area, a bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom and a beautiful porched terrace.

*Sa Païssa: is located above S'Ensofrador and has two double bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, bathroom and private terrace.

*Sa Bugaderia: it consists of a double bedroom, living-dining room, independent kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with direct access to the swimming pool.

*Common room: it is used for breakfast service and the organisation of events.

Both Llubí and Sineu are villages located in the heart of Mallorca, where time seems to stand still. Although they are located off the tourist route, both villages host a very interesting weekly market and have managed to preserve the traditional charm of years gone by. In the last few years many tourists looking for a destination other than sun and beach have discovered them and the tourist activity in both villages has been increasing.
