Country house, to be refurbished, 142 m², Cantoria

Country house to be reformed with 124 m² built and 1000 m² plot in Almanzora Area. We have two farmhouses for restauration set in a small hamlet close to the village. Both properties need extensive restauration, the main property is 72 m² and has 7 rooms downstairs, 2 large rooms and a terrace upstairs. The second farmhouse which is in worse condition is 52 m² and has 4 rooms downstairs and 2 upstairs plus various outhouses. They are set in a small hamlet just a few minutes from a small village with shops and bars and about 8 min from the main town with the coast at 30 min.
