We exclusively present this stone house to be rehabilitated with a large plot of 4,396 m2 in Paramios (Vegadeo). This complex is made up of several buildings: the main house, the stable area, huts and hut.
The main house has 274 m2 distributed over three floors (main, first and under roof). It has a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pantry. On the ground floor of the house is the stable.

Paramios is a village located 13 km from the municipality of Vegadeo, in the region of Oscos-Eo. It preserves examples of traditional architecture, an eighteenth-century church, dedicated to Santa Maria, and a transept or cross (El Cristo de Paramios), which dates back to 1770. A monumental stone crucifix, which was used for walkers and pilgrims to stop and pray. Its location, on the side of the road, relates it to the same function of the Galician "cruceiros".
Vegadeo also has an important civil architectural heritage where some palatial complexes and noble houses stand out, such as the Casa de los Lastra in Vixande, and so much so that there is a whole Route of the Palaces, as well as another called Senda de los doce puentes, which offers a walk through the different bridges and surrounding places around the Monjardín and Suarón rivers.
