This wonderful townhouse with private garden and pool is located in Guájar Fondón, a beautiful mountain village just 20 minutes from the coast.
The house consists of 2 main floors, with roof terrace and terrace next to the garden.
On the first floor we find the open kitchen near the porch and access to the outside, thus having a much more comfortable access between the rooms. In addition we find a spacious and bright living room.
The exterior is quite flat, having a terrace area with sun loungers to relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the pool area, wonderful for hot summer days and garden areas where you can enjoy nature in your own home, being able to use a certain area as a small crop.
