Chirivel is a pleasant village which offers all basic amenities such as: banks, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, medical center. The larger town of Velez-Rubio is only a 10-minute drive away where the larger shops and supermarkets can be found. The beaches are a 45-60 minute drive away. There is a good connection to the motorway towards Murcia and Granada.
A door leads straight into the large lounge/dining room with fireplace. A corridor from the living room leads to the 2 bedrooms and shower room and next to it there is the large garage. The garage could possibly be used as a patio / terrace. In the living room there is enough space to install a kitchen.
The house needs to be renovated / modernized, but there are possibilities to create a cozy stay from the house.
