Fantastic farmhouse of the strong house type of defensive style from medieval times. In this property the TV3 program "The 1907 farmhouse" was filmed. It is located on a small plateau surrounded by farmland, pastures and pine and holm oak forest, with an area of approximately 30 hectares. The main farmhouse, 450 m2, is square-shaped, with ground floor, first and second floor, and is formed by a single volume but with two separate interior bodies. It is differentiated into 2 facades, the North with the main entrance of the house, with a pointed arch with a decorated lintel, and the South part, simpler, with the entrance to the tenant's house. All with 9 openings, 3 per floor. As an annex there are some old stables of about 250 m2 which form a long corridor behind the farmhouse. Its location stands out for being completely isolated from roads, power lines, etc. It needs interior rehabilitation.
