This large country style villa/finca has the most beautiful view of the sea. It is located on the countryside but still just a few minutes’ drive to the beach and Estepona town. It has very good access by paved road and islocated in a very quiet area where you can enjoy living in nature and at the same time it is very close to all services like restaurants, bars, shopping centres.
The house is built on one level (single floor) and is very spacious and have high ceilings with wooden beams in all rooms. There are many windows in the house which helps to keep it very bright and airy.
The house is distributed as follows: Two large living rooms, one of them with a fireplace and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen. This room has direct access to the large, covered porch.
