This charming country house is located at a 20 minutes drive from the white village of Canillas de Aceituno, in Malaga, Axarquia. The house is set in the middle of gorgeous nature and you access it through a dirt track. In the village you will find all the facilities you may need. There are several cozy restaurants and bars, shops for daily needs such as a bakery, a butcher, small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank, etc.

The house was newly built and has never been inhabited. You can still arrange this house to your own taste and needs! And we'll be happy to help!
The villa consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a place for a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
From the covered terrace you will admire the beautiful views over the mountains.You can dream away and enjoy the tranquility here.
On a large part of the land there is the possibility to plant avocados or grapes. And if you have pets it's the perfect place as there is plenty of space to walk around freely.
