The villa is surrounded by the imposing mountainous landscape of Olta, with extensive views of the Mediterranean Sea, including the symbol of Calpe, the majestic Ifach d'Peñon mountain. The villa offers spectacular views of Calpe, Benissa, Moraira, Teulada among others, and in the background you can even see the Montgo mountain in Denia. The house has two housing units, both with their own entrance, with various possibilities. For example as it is currently used partly (upstairs) by the owners and partly for rent below, (about 48 weeks a year) or for a family older couple and children (each separately). As the two floors are also connected internally, you can of course also use the villa as a detached house.
