This Country House with 251m² constructed space, 222 m² of living space on a 15.000 m² plot is 8 minutes by car, 14 minutes on the bicycle from Puerto de Pollença, 12 minutes from the town of Pollenca, dates back in part to the Roman times, the main body of the house being about 200 years old.

The house can be extended to a maximum volume of 900 m³, with the approval of the town hall. The roof and beams are sound, but the house would improve with insulation

There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms on the right side of the building, which could be connected to the main house by breaking through an arch. There is also space between to create a kitchenette for breakfast if desired.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor sharing one bathroom, and it has a very large roof terrace to the left, west side of the house.

Underneath the terrace there is an outside kitchen, a large washroom, a full bathroom, which leads out from the kitchen in the middle of the house. I would make this into a big open dining kitchen!

Entering through the front door there is a large sitting room from which the staircase goes upstairs on the left.

The house is currently rented out and could be continued to be rented out while waiting for the papers to come through from the town hall for Restoration. This could take a year or so.

The house has a residency ability certificate, known as a cédula. The house will receive its tourist licence in the autumn. The house has national grid electricity.
