Entering the door we are greeted by the spacious living room with a fireplace perfect for the winter months, it will make you feel like you are in a Christmas movie. To the right of the entrance is the modern, semi-open kitchen to the dining table.

Passing the hall we reach the first sleeping area. To the right is a spacious first bedroom perfect for a young man. Next to it is the first bathroom with shower, the entire lower floor has just been renovated, and to the left of this sleeping area is the second dormitory, with a large bed and wardrobe.

We now go upstairs to the first floor, we don't even make it to the top and light surrounds us, a wonderful large fixed window completely illuminates and gives us a wonderful view of the sea and the area.

To the left of the stairs we find a third bedroom, double, just right for two little brothers.
Adjacent is the second bathroom, very large complete and with bathtub.

To the right of the stairs we find the last bedroom, the master with walk-in wardrobe, view of the pool and the sea, the two bedrooms have access to the upper terrace, very bright and wonderful for enjoying sunsets with the family.

The jewel in the crown is the garden and the porch, the sea breeze will reach you, it will make you feel on holiday all the time, you will be in your own 5-star hotel, you can have a refreshing drink by the pool or in your own chiringuito with integrated fridge.
