On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with access to a balcony. From here you can reach the pool and the communal garden via a small staircase. On the 1st floor we find a very large bedroom with its own bathroom. 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom complete the 1st floor. In the basement there is a large garage with access to the garden and pool. There is also a small terrace here. All rooms have air conditioning (hot/cold).
