This house, located in the municipality of Tacoronte, dates back to the year 1700 and is a jewel of Canarian architecture. Completely renovated in 1998, it has preserved its essence, with a predominance of wood, high ceilings, a gable roof, and a decoration that combines tradition, elegance and comfort.

The house is located in a rural and quiet area, but at the same time close to the metropolitan area. It has a constructed area of 229 m2, located on a plot of total 2,650 m, which includes a garden, terraces and land for cultivation.

The distribution is very practical, as most of it is located on a single floor. On this first floor we find a very spacious entrance hall, which leads us to a library, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen open to the living room.
