Welcome to the cozy Valverde with several high standard restaurants and bicycle paths that lead you to Elche and Santa Pola's fine beaches, which are about 20 minutes by bike. Here we are welcomed by a pleasant entrance into the plot through the electric gate, on the right hand side the pool lights up with its blue water and charming waterfall. After this, we find the outdoor kitchen and bar, which is adjacent to the pool area. To the left we are met by the house's large veranda, which is partly glazed, which is also the main entrance. Straight ahead we are met by the carport on the right and the guest house to the left of this. In the guest house there is a walk-in wardrobe, large bedroom with large sliding glass doors, airconditioner and a newly renovated bathroom with shower. The bathroom also has access to one of the patios by the main house. Now when we enter the house we are welcomed by the relaxing veranda with part of it for enjoying dinners and another part for enjoying an after-dinner drink in the comfortable outdoors furniture. Then we step into the glassed in part of the veranda which is great for plants and gives a wonderfully relaxing feeling where you can unwind in any weather. Inside the house with central AC on both floors we find on the right a large bright bedroom on the ground floor. After this, a nice bathroom with a luxurious massage bathtub. If we continue straight ahead, we reach a large room which is excellent as an office, a guest room or dining room as you have direct access to the large kitchen from here. In the kitchen there is a nice kitchen island with room for four people. From the kitchen you also reach the large living room with large windows in two directions. If we go back through the kitchen, we come to the large laundry room with a counter and several cupboards for towels and bed linen. After that we come to it's own gym and not to forget the very nice bar with room for a pool table and much more. There is also access to a large patio under a pergola and a large tree that provides shade on hot afternoons. One floor up the elegant staircase you reach the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom where there is a massage shower. From this bedroom there is an exit to a large roof terrace. The next bedroom also has access to this roof terrace and the big glass door lets in a lot of light. The next room leads to the terrace on the other side of the house and has room for a lot of people if you want a chill out area on the terrace. From this terrace you can access an attic room with good ceiling height if you want a bedroom or as is, which is currently used as a storage room. There is also a shared bathroom on this floor. In the garden that is covered with grass that is watered by sprinklers as well as for plants and fruit trees for example, orange, figs, lemons etc as there is a very efficient irrigation system with a tank just for this of a whopping 150m³.
