You enter a nice hallway with doors leading off to the living room to one side and bedrooms to the other. The living room is large with a wood burner, character ceiling beams and through to a second living room with the stairs up to the first floor. On to the kitchen which is fully fitted with a breakfast bar / Island with the sink in and plenty of units and work surfaces.

There is a door to the rear patio area.

 Also off this second living room is the family bathroom with double sinks and a big shower. Plus, a door leading to another bedroom or third reception room (which needs a bit of finishing off.)

From the entrance hall you enter the first bedroom of a good double size and onto a second bedroom or large dressing room.

Upstairs there are 5 more bedrooms and a family bathroom, all need a bit of work to finish off as the house has had a completely new roof and has been rewired, and there is some decorating and finishing off to be done on the ceilings, all rooms also have velux roof windows plus normal ones in some rooms.

From the kitchen door you enter an internal patio area with an old bread oven, three storage rooms that could be converted into other bedrooms or useful areas such as an outside kitchen or office space etc. Steps lead up to the huge garage / workshop, big enough for 8 cars, which also has a vehicle access from the rear. There is also another storage room inside the garage.

Behind the house and garage is an enclosed fenced area with several kennels, storage rooms and two stables, there is also a fenced paddock from this area. This land can also be built on.

There is a very nice restaurant in the village just a few minutes’ walk and Pinoso town is 5 minutes’ drive with all amenities.
