Regarding payment, payment in advance is requested as follows: 2000 rent + 1 month deposit + 1 month guarantee of payments with the signature of the reservation (5000 ) + 5000 rent before handing over the keys + 1 month agency commission (1500 ) + the remaining part (depending if you enter on the 1st of October, which is 4000 or on the 19th of October, 2000 ) on the 1st of February.
