Casita Verde is one of a small community of single-level semi detached villas (only joined by the entrance hall areas) close to Viñuela and the lake. It is walking distance from a couple of bar/restaurants and within a short distance of shops and general facilities and just 20 minutes from the coast.

There is parking in the street. The house has an entrance through a communal patio, shared with the neighbouring villa. The front door leads into the open plan living area, (9 x 5m), with a fully fitted kitchen straight ahead with a breakfast bar separating it from the living room. The living room, with its comfortable furniture and house plants, gives an air of serenity and tranquility, and two sets of double glass patio doors lead out from here onto the garden terrace.

To the rear of the living room, a distribution area leads to the two double bedrooms (both 4 x 3m) and the bathroom (3 x 2m).

There is hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and one of the bedrooms, and built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms.

Outside is a delightful, mature garden, consisting of the garden terrace with a gazebo awning for protection from the sun when required, a side area (ideal for keeping the bin, potting area etc), and the garden which cascades down the hill, with steps leading one past mature trees and flowering plants, giving beauty and serenity to the whole outside area. The gardens of each house are actually on communal/community land, but each house has its area and looks after its own garden area.

Just above the house is the communal pool, ideal for the summer and an integral part of this little community.
