This ancient house, known affectionately as La Casita 27, in located in a little piece of Andalusian history, in a hamlet that has hardly changed in a century! The house is still in its original condition, with beautiful beams and ancient floors, much of which could be kept. However, the house needs complete renovation.

Around the house is a small garden plot of land, some immediately in front of the house, with a tree, and the rest on one side with a barbecue area.

The property is in a small hamlet of around 20 houses, most of them original old houses and many of which have been beautifully renovated, or rebuilt. There is still renovation work on some of the houses at the time of publishing. The hamlet is located in the Montes de Malaga and there are many beautiful walks from the hamlet into pure, unspoilt countryside. It is accessed via a dirt track of around 1.5Kms and is around 10 minutes from Los Ventorros village and 15 mins from Comares.

The house can be reconnected to the electricity but there is currently no mains water in the hamlet. Most houses have water delivered to a large water deposit, which is the recommended solution for Casita 27.
