Impressive property in one of the most beautiful areas in the south of Tenerife, the picturesque urbanization of Chayofa. The property enjoys an unbeatable location with unobstructed 360 degree views. We are going to enter this wonderful house and take a walk to get to know it better. First, we decide where to park our car since there are actually two buildings distributed on a plot of 902 square meters and both have their private garage: the main house has a garage of 99.5 m2 while the other house has one of 38.65 m2. We start on the upper floor of the Villa. Upon entering we are greeted by a hall, a toilet on the left, we continue straight ahead and we appreciate two double bedrooms, a large dressing room, a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each room enjoys high ceilings and natural light due to the windows. We now return to the entrance and before reaching the hall we continue to the left letting the views in the background capture us. On the right we find a large pantry, a separate and bright kitchen, then we go to a large dining room and then to a spacious living room with a fireplace and access to a 77.8 m2 terrace that joins the bedroom area of the property with its living room and dining room and here we stop for a while to enjoy the unbeatable views. Now we go down to the ground floor and first we appreciate the green of the garden and several orchards with fruit trees that surround the house. It is a wonderful space where we will surely stop again as soon as we finish our tour. On this floor we find a covered terrace that serves as a dining room, a separate kitchen, a pantry, two bathrooms, two large bedrooms and a spacious living-dining room with views and access to the garden. We continue discovering the corners of the property and we find an apartment at the back of the house consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Incredible! And it's not all yet! We go to the little house and first explore the ground floor that has a large space used as a yoga room and a cozy studio with its bathroom. On the upper floor of the house is located, remember? Yes, exactly, a garage of almost 40m2. I think now is the time to return to the garden of the property as we approach the time of sunset and there is no better place than this to enjoy this unique moment.
