one of the quietest towns in our region, just a few kilometers from the idyllic beaches of Denia,

There you can enjoy our wonderful climate all year round, you can sunbathe in its pool, in its garden,
on its spacious terraces. One of its main attractions is its great comfort, since the main areas of the house are located on a single floor.
The house was built as a family home, for the enjoyment, comfort and simplicity of the small everyday things of our daily lives.
Both the materials used and all the finishes were carefully chosen to give the warmth and harmony that the house required, being of the highest quality.
The metal carpentry is made with TECHNAL windows and triple insulation panes. Both the kitchen and the furniture and cabinets were made by hand by local artisans.
