This villa is just a few minutes by car from the Arenal sandy beach and close to the pinosol park where you will find a playground, barbecue areas and a nice bar.
The villa consists of two floors and has a spacious covered terrace on each floor from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay of Jávea.
The property has a private parking space at the level of the upper floor.
You enter into a hall, then follows a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
Through large glass windows there is access to a spacious balcony.
On this floor there is also a bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
Downstairs are two more bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have sea views.
There is also a separate guest toilet.
The villa is currently being completely renovated to Ibiza style and will be ready by spring (subject to change).
The garden, terrace and pool will also be completely redone.
For example, the pool terrace will be at the same height as the covered terrace, providing a better sea view, and there will be an outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
