There are houses like there are thousands, and there are peculiar houses. In this property, Saint Francis of Assisi spent the night during his pilgrimage to Santiago. To commemorate this, a small chapel was erected next to the main house. It overflows with history and personality. We find an urban land of 2,090m2, a construction of a typical Catalan country house, rectangular, with ground floor, first floor, and attic, with a built area of 739 m2. All the rooms are very spacious, with two large living rooms standing out, one on the ground floor with stone walls, another on the first floor, an impressive kitchen presided over by a large fireplace with an adjacent oven, and various outbuildings such as a chapel, garage, warehouse, cattle pens, porch... It is worth noting that it retains the charm of the period's finishes; high Catalan vaulted ceilings, round arches. The furniture and utensils shown in the photos are not included in the price. The final price of the house does not include property transfer tax, notary fees, or registration fees. The final price of the property does not involve any commissions for the buyer.
