The land and gardens, consisting of 1428m2, is divided into a large, paved front garden, walled and with an entrance gate with parking outside, a delightful side terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, with two doors into the dining room and kitchen of the main house, and a rear garden and orchard with a garden store room. The front garden has many decorative trees and plants. The rear gardens consist of flat land on two levels, the lower level being dedicated to an orchard of fruit trees including figs, pomegranate, lemon, orange, caqui, plum and many grapevines producing delicious grapes. The upper level can be made into a lawn or gardens, depending on what the new owners prefer, and is therefore ideal for anyone wishing to create a beautiful garden under the sun!

It would be possible to add an above ground pool on the lower level, such that it would be level on one side with the higher garden area.
