All windows and the living room sliding door feature aluminum frames with double glazing, and each has aluminum shutters outside that can be opened and closed in sections.

The apartment includes a designated parking spot in the garage, where there is a large steel storage cabinet (on legs, so the car nose fits underneath) for extra storage space.

This apartment has been used only by the owners and has never been rented out, evident in the high quality of the furnishings. Like new!

The complex, where the apartment is located, has a maximum height of two floors. It offers two large swimming pools, four heated (in winter) Jacuzzis, and plenty of pools specifically for children. The beach is about 500 meters away, easily accessible, and offers a charming beach bar (chiringuito) where you can enjoy food and drinks with your feet in the sand. Closer still is the Mar de Pulpí commercial center, featuring bars, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket.
Nearby is the typical Spanish village of San Juan de Los Terreros, with many bars, restaurants, shops, and fantastic beaches. The surrounding area is home to beautiful coves with equally beautiful beaches and chiringuitos. About 10 minutes by car is Aguilas, a typical Spanish town with numerous shops, a marina, and entertainment. Approximately 20 minutes away lies the stunning Vera beach, with a large section reserved for naturists.

Mar de Pulpí is 200 km from Alicante airport and about 100 km from the Murcia (to the north) and Almería (to the south) airports. From Mar de Pulpí, all major sights in southern Spain, such as the Alhambra, are easily reachable.
