The Surroundings

The building, constructed in the 1980s, is located in a prime spot between the lighthouse and the fishing port. To the right, there is easy access to the marina, while about 150 meters to the left, Estepona Beach stretches out.

The complex has two main entrances: one from Avenida del Carmen and another accessible via the promenade, offering convenient access from different points.

Facing the sea and the lighthouse, the complex has a "U" shape that surrounds the community pool. It is divided into five blocks, each six stories high, and sits above a series of shops.

A security deposit of €100 is required, which will be refunded after verifying that no incidents have occurred.
