Great house next to the golf club la sella and the Marriot hotel, the arrival to the house will not go unnoticed, surrounded by nature and the golf course itself. If you want to surprise your guests do not hesitate, this is your home. The house has room for everyone, on the ground floor there are four bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, these four bedrooms can be divided into two areas, creating two miniapartments with two independent accesses, both from the outside and from the inside. Although if you want it for your family, do not hesitate, the four rooms are very large and there will be no fights over them. On the upper floor there is a livingdining room, a kitchen, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a guest toilet. T his part of the house can be reached on level ground, so there is no need to go up or down stairs, but that is something for the youngest ones. On this floor there is a 37 m2 glazed and thermally insulated terrace from which you will not want to move on winter days, as the sun enters from every corner of it. From the kitchen we access to another terrace with wonderful views where you can have breakfast watching the infinity and relaxing with a good coffee. In the pool area there is a small house with a barbecue area, lounge and its own bathroom, although if you prefer you can adapt it for a guest house, watch out if they never leave! Two covered parking areas for a minimum of 4 cars and an uncovered area for two more cars. You won't have any parking problems. The house has underfloor heating to keep you cool in winter and air conditioning for when the heat gets too hot in summer. From the house I would like to highlight the great location, the terraces with the marvellous views and the spaciousness of all the rooms.
