The rental price is 1400 euros per month, which includes water and electricity consumption up to a maximum of 100 euros, internet connection is also included at no additional cost. The rental period is a minimum of 6 months, available from October 1.

Economic solvency is required.

To reserve the property it will be necessary to pay an initial deposit of one month (to be returned within legal deadlines, after having handed over the property to the owner, as long as the condition of the property is the same as at the time of delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are met)
Law 12/2023, of May 24, 2023, on the right to housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which has been in force since the day after its inclusion in the BOE, on May 26, 2023, contemplates in Section 1 of Article 20 that in the case of housing lease contracts 'the costs of real estate management and the of the formalisation of the contract shall be the responsibility of the lessor'.
This regulation DOES NOT apply in the case of lease contracts for use other than that of dwelling such as premises, etc., and, in particular, does not apply to seasonal leases. In these cases, the tenant pays one month of the agency's fees with its corresponding IGIC.
