The relaxed modern interior showcases a notable art collection including a tapestry by Katja Angeli and canvases by Tomo Campbell, whose graduation show was bought up entirely by Mario Testino, as well as hand crafted furniture by Hans Wagner, Living Devanti and Gervonesi. The living room has a beautifully hand crafted branch chandelier by Lindsay Adelman. The owners have made an extensive investment to create a stylish home focusing on luxurious comfort, including a Carpe Diem mattress in the master bedroom. The well-appointed bedrooms, including two masters and two garden casitas, all have private balconies offering quiet and seclusion for guests. The professional kitchen is fitted with Gagganau appliances including a double fridge and freezer, professional hob and wine cooler. The the stylish bar and club space with professional sound system in the basement is designed as a modern members club, and has an extensive wine cellar cleverly backlit to create at atmospheric light installation.OUTSIDE The house benefits from beautiful social spaces that also include a large rooftop deck with fully stocked bar, as well as private outside retreats with sun beds and private dining areas. The convertible courtyard event space offers outside dining for up to 20 guests and easy access to the main kitchen.The sympathetic landscaping includes many indigenous plants and there is a beautiful lawn area from which to enjoy the views as well as an infinity pool, pool-side gym with Technogym equipment.ABOUT THE AREA : IBIZA CENTER-NORTHThe property is located in the North of the Island. This is the place in Ibiza for a quieter and real Ibiza living experience, the people being in general in a more relaxed and different state of mind than those in the South and in the West. The North offers great nature like the beaches of Portinaxt or Benirras (with great sunsets), the steep cliffs of Puerta del Cielo in Santa Ines and laid-back villages like San Juan. Noticeably, on the gastronomic road to San Lorenzo there are a series of great restaurants: Ses Escoles, Nagai, Balafia (see below), La Paloma, A Mi Manera, Ca Na Pepeta, and others. A bit further away you find Elements on Benirras beach, Rebrots in Portinaxt or Shamarkanda in San Juan. The city of Santa Eulalia 12 kms away offers a choice of restaurants, bars and all services: supermarkets, bio shops, pharmacy, banks, post office, petrol stations, dry-cleaners, etc. Santa Eulalia is the administrative center of the region organised around the cityhall in the pedestrian zone. The Yachting marina Santa Eulalia with its entertainment district with many restaurants like CBBC, Chiringuito Blue, El Deseo Mexican, Estel. There are a lot of terraces to enjoy on Santa Eulalias sea front promenade. A simpler tasty eatery is Can Suldat in Es Canar with its live music.ABOUT THE AREA SAN JUANSan Juan is located in the North of Ibiza Island. It is a laid-back village with its touch of cool culture, particularly vibrant every Sunday at the popular "Street Market". San Juan proposes a few quality restaurants like The Giri Cafe or Shamarkanda and some bars around a lovely main street and the Church Plaza.
