. Peaceful detached villa located in the mountains in Yecla. You imagine yourself in a green oasis here all year round. The villa is somewhat older, but still in very good condition.

There are several gates to enter the fully fenced plot, as well as a garage and several other storage rooms. There is also a separate gate to enter the olive grove with a tractor. Water and electricity points can be found everywhere.

There are 35 mature olive trees in the olive grove. Last year they had a yield of 35 litres of olive oil, enough to get through another year I would say ;-).

The house has a spacious 40.3m2 terrace with sun/wind screens, where you can sit outside all year round. You enter the house in the spacious living room of 34.2m2 with fireplace. There is a separate kitchen of 8.2m2 with gas cooker, oven, washing machine and large fridge-freezer. Adjacent is the also spacious utility room of 6.5m2. Furthermore, the house has 3 bedrooms (10.1m2, 9.5m2 and 7.7m2) and a bathroom of 2.9m2.

There is also an outdoor kitchen of 20.5m2 with fireplace where you can, isolate yourself for a while, or to socialise with friends.

A great place for a family with children, there is also a separate shared outside with a wooden playhouse with slide and plenty of hiding places around the house.

There are 2 septic tanks, 1 for the house and 1 for the bathroom by the pool. There is irrigation water from the spring directly from the mountain, the current residents have always just drunk this.
