Bodega de vino con producción propia , en finca propia con 13.599 m2 de viñas, de la variedad de uva mallorquina 'Manto Negro' en la localidad de COSTITX, en un entorno natural muy bonito. La finca consta de 3 parcelas en catastro, con una superficie total de 13.599 m2, donde se tiene las cepas de uva, perfectamente alineadas y cuidadas, para su mantenimiento, así como una finca adyacente con algarrobos y con una construcción agraria reformada que dispone de 16 m2. La bodega propiamente tiene una superficie construida de 76 m2, y está preparada para almacenar el vino producido, y además dispone de un pequeño comedor, cocina y baño para realizar catas o maridajes. La bodega dispone de electricidad y agua de sondeo. Hay sembrados 5.000 pies de manto negro en su máximo esplendor para la producción de vino. Actualmente el proceso de embotellado del vino se externaliza en una empresa especializada. La finca produce unos 10.000 kgs de uva manto negro al año, que es el equivalente a 9.000 botellas de 3/4 litros. Se trata de un vino con una calidad excelente, con el atractivo de tratarse de una uva autóctona de Mallorca, muy valorada en la isla.
