The bungalow consists of living room, sleeping area, bathroom, and kitchen, plus a large terrace.
The rental price is 1000 euros per month which includes electricity and water costs up to a maximum of 60 euros per month.
Pets are not allowed, economic solvency is required, the bungalow allows a maximum of two people.
To reserve the property it will be necessary the initial payment of one month of deposit (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the house to the owner, as long as the state of it is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are met), plus one month of the agency's fees with its corresponding IGIC.
