ANNUAL RENTAL - SANTA EULALIA. This beautiful two-storey detached villa is located in the urbanization of cala llenya, La Joya. It has 167m2 built on a plot of 1000 m2 with a huge and well kept garden in the front that gives privacy to the house and provides a beautiful landscape. The whole house is decorated and furnished with elements of the highest quality.

In the outdoor areas we find a large swimming pool with shower and sun loungers area, a dedicated barbecue area with space for cooking and a round support table. The covered terrace has two accesses to the house and is furnished with comfortable sofas and a table for 8 people. The laundry and storage room is located at the back of the house with access from the outside.

On the ground floor we have a large hall that leads to a fully equipped kitchen and design, a very spacious and bright dining room from which we can access the courtyard and the living room.
We also find on this floor a guest bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms ensuited with fitted wardrobes. On the upper floor we can access through the stairs or through the private elevator, where we find the master bedroom with its own bathroom and access to a private balcony equipped with jacuzzi and a chill out area.
