In addition, it has several areas with games for children, swings, elastic bed for jump ... as well as a barbecue at the end of the porch next to the kitchen as well as an outdoor gym on the terrace in first floor with spectacular views.

Already inside the villa, on the ground floor we find a nice entrance of double height that gives us access to the large and open space living room with fireplace and direct access to the front porch, garden and pool. The living room communicates with the large kitchen with dining area, behind which we find the independent laundry. In this same floor we also find a large room with bathroom en suite.
